Our work is primarily bespoke residential architecture, which includes new builds, refurbishments as well as distinctive period restoration and country houses.
After 15 years working in the area of, “one off family homes”, we find it second nature to listen to people’s needs, and designing a home to meet all of their expectations which stands the best chance of being acceptable to the Planning Authority.
We acknowledge it is difficult for some people to take a blank sheet of paper a pencil & draw what is clear to them in their mind. For this reason we suggest using these plans as a starting point.
All of the plans were designed for individual clients who had varying requirements for family life and of course budget. We are all individuals so we except to hear for example, “we like that part of that plan and that part of this plan and the front of this plan”.
